I just love to add Philadelphia Cream Cheese to recipes, in particular my Chicken Corn Chowder! It adds a nice creaminess to it!

Whether I'm needing to fix something fast, for a party, or just was a delicious and simple snack, I love melting a brick of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and mixing it with my favorite salsa. Pop open a bag of chips and dig into your queso! Yum! It's one of my favorites, and reminds me of my childhood! haha Love your blog!

Thanks to Donna posting on FB I found this blog. I love cream cheese on bagles or english muffins. I love it in many other recipes but mainly on bagles because it reminds me of my brother that passed. We only had cream cheese in the house when he was home from private boarding school. I always think if him when I eat cream cheese.
