Let's Talk Turkey!

I am just SO excited to tell you about our family cooking antics this past weekend.  You see, we did something "totally seasonal" - totally traditional but un-traditional, however the results will definitely be a new part of our Hazzard Holiday Cooking from this day forward

Why yes.............it is a Indoor Butterball Turkey Fryer by Masterbuilt. So dang cool.   8. Cathy...I'm not sure how to follow on facebook but will go to Masterbuilt and try to become a follower. Meanwhile I have wanted one of these Turkey fryers for years. I have a huge family total over 50 including kids, spouses of kids, and grandkids. Believe me we would use it for a whole lot more that just Thanksgiving.

  10. OOOOhhhhhhhhhhhhh Sticky Buns!! I want me a Butterball Indoor Electric Turkey Fryer! It is my 55th birthday on Nov 25th--Thanksgiving Day this year! What a great present to me this would make for me--so you HAVE to let me be the winner!! J/K as I know you will do the random.org drawing process. But I am keeping my fingers crossed!

    I would love to prepare and serve a fried turkey to my guests! That was be a huge help to me for the holiday season and free up my oven space too! That would be a real Godsend!

  21. Hi, Cathy! I was actually looking for a fryer like this because I may have to leave Thanksgiving dinner in the hands of my husband due to some of my limitations. I knew the one thing he could manage would be to deep fry a turkey. Let's just say cooking isn't his department, but deep frying could be a big success! You wouldn't want him to lose his confidence, would you? After all, this is the person who said we should eat cream cheese as an entree. Help him help us. :)

    I don't have a deep fryer of any kind in my house, and something like this would not only be helpful for our holidays this year (and for years in the future), but all occasions throughout the year. Besides, I can think of 100 ways to use it with my family of six!

  46. Hey Cathy- as you know working in a small kitchen to cook a nice turkey is for the birds. I could really use this turkey fryer to start a nice family tradition.
